SolidWorks World 2011 registration is now open

The SolidWorks Blog had some good details about SolidWorks World 2011 that we thought were worth re-posting.  Here are the first details about SolidWorks World 2011 in San Antonio, TX.

Registration for SolidWorks World 2011 is now open on the SolidWorks World website, so go ahead and get signed up. But if you’re thinking you’ll be the first person, you’re already too late. That honor goes to Anne Yust from Micromedics, Inc. in Eagan, MN.

So Anne, kudos on being registrant number one.

The usual deals apply–save $200 on an individual registration if you register before October 29, and get three registrations when you pay for two.

The San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk and Rivercenter hotels have a special rate available to SolidWorks World attendees that expires on August 25. The rate for a single/double occupancy room is $209, which is significantly cheaper than any rate for the same hotels that I can find online right now.

So if you’re interested in staying at one of the hotels right across the street from the convention center, here you go. And don’t forget, if you want to get into the conference for free, think about being a presenter. You can find out about presenting at SolidWorks World 2011 right here.
